GRAY

THE blend

Gray is a bold 100% Arabica blend of 50% Ethiopia Sidama and 50% Costa Rica Catuai. This unique pairing brings together forest-grown heirloom beans and high-altitude volcanic coffee, creating a rich, structured cup with low acidity and notes of dark chocolate, date honey, warm spices, and cloves. A deep, elegant, and unforgettable blend.

Origin

The Gray blend unites two exceptional origins: Ethiopia’s Sidama region, where heirloom Arabica grows in shaded forest micro-farms, and Costa Rica’s Tarrazú, renowned for its volcanic soil and high altitudes that produce dense, flavorful Catuai beans full of character.

Farmer

In Sidama, Ethiopia, smallholder farmers grow heirloom Arabica in shaded forest plots using traditional methods, supported by Agrocafé’s agronomic guidance. In Tarrazú, Costa Rica, the San Rafael family farm cultivates high-grown Catuai with care and precision.

Cup

Gray brews a rich, full-bodied cup with low acidity and refined depth. Bold notes of dark chocolate, date honey, and warm spices like cloves shine through. Its structured profile and gentle sweetness create a smooth, comforting, and elegant experience
