We want you to be fully satisfied with your AgroCafe purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be in the same condition as when you received it


Be unworn or unused


Include original tags


Be in its original packaging


Include the receipt or proof of purchase


To start a return, please email us at support@agro-cafe.com. Do not send items back without first contacting us—returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will work quickly to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)


Custom or personalized products


Personal care items (e.g., beauty or grooming products)


Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases


Sale items and gift cards


If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before making your return.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
The returned item must be in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
