Pink Bourbon is a rare Arabica variety grown by Argenis Anacona and her family in the mountains of Huila, Colombia. Carefully cultivated on a 3-hectare farm, it undergoes a semi-washed process and a light roast to highlight its full body, balanced acidity, and notes of red apple, baked peach, and white chocolate.

COLOMBIA, PINK BOURBON

THE ROAST

Recommended roast -City

We selected a light roast for Pink Bourbon to create a balanced cup that honors its delicate terroir and careful semi-washed process. Roasted to allow slow caramelization, it enhances the coffee’s natural sweetness and preserves its vibrant notes of red apple, stewed peach, white chocolate, and vanilla.

Origin

Pink Bourbon is grown in the lush, mountainous region of Huila, Colombia—renowned for producing exceptional Arabica coffees. The high altitude, rich volcanic soil, and cool climate provide ideal conditions for this rare variety to develop its complex and elegant flavor profile.

Farmer

Argenis Anacona is a third-generation coffee farmer in Huila, Colombia, specializing in specialty coffee. Together with her husband and two children, she cultivates Pink Bourbon on a carefully managed 3-hectare farm, focusing on seed selection, minimal spraying, and quality-driven practices.

Cup

Pink Bourbon brews a refined, balanced cup with a silky body and soft acidity. Its light roast and careful processing reveal layered notes of red apple, stewed peach, white chocolate, and a touch of vanilla—offering a delicate, sweet, and elegant experience.
